Sheryl received her Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, in 1991. Sheryl received her training as a registered massage therapist from 2002 to 2012 at the Canadian Therapeutic College located in Burlington, Ontario. She has over 20 years of experience as a manual practitioner which makes her an expert in her field. In 2011 she completed the four-year diploma Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc) program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, Ontario. Sheryl was a member of the teaching staff at the CAO and completed the Teacher Training Program in 2013. Sheryl was the president of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) aka Osteopathy Canada OSTCAN (2016-2021) and a member of the board of directors of the (OOA)/(OSTCAN), from 2011 to 2021. She currently belongs to OSTCAN as a professional member. Sheryl owns and operates her private practice in Norfolk County, Simcoe, Ontario.
Sheryl’s practice began at a naturopathic clinic in 2011. She then was invited to join a longtime colleague in a new clinic space. To this day, they continue to thrive in their respective practices. A few years later, Sheryl and her business partner were able to accommodate a third practitioner.
Her reputation is predicated on treating patients with the respect and care they deserve. She provides them with the time to talk about the help they need and she always does her best to explain how she might be able to help them.
