As a returning patient, if you have limited availability, please schedule 2-3 follow-up appointments as late afternoon and evenings spaces fill up quickly and well in advance.

There will be a cancellation fee for appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Please do not hesitate to contact the clinic if you have any questions.
In the case of inclement weather, assume your appointment will take place unless you receive a cancellation notification from your practitioner.
