BOOKING & CANCELLATION

Booking Information

When booking as a new patient, it is recommended that you schedule 2-3 follow-up appointments approximately 2-3 weeks apart from your first visit. As a returning patient, if you have limited availability, please schedule 2-3 follow-up appointments as late afternoon and evenings spaces fill up quickly and well in advance.

Payment Methods
We accept payments through debit, e-transfer, cash, and cheque (HST included).
Cancellation Policy

Simcoe Osteopathy is a busy clinic and has a lengthy patient wait list. We ask that all changes to appointments or cancellations be made online via simcoeosteopathy.janeapp.com, by phone at (519) 429-1808, or by email at sheryl@simcoeosteopathy.com with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. There will be a cancellation fee for appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Please do not hesitate to contact the clinic if you have any questions.

Inclement Weather / Snow Policy

In the case of inclement weather, assume your appointment will take place unless you receive a cancellation notification from your practitioner. If you think it might be unsafe to travel, please notify your practitioner at least 2 hours prior to appointment by email, phone or text that you will not be attending your appointment to avoid missed appointment fee.
